About Us
We are seeking a Manager of Marketing Analytics who specializes in digital media analytics, with experience across programmatic, paid search, and paid social channels. This role is ideal for someone fluent in web analytics, tracking pixels, and attribution, and who can bridge the gap between tactical execution and strategic insight.
Role Overview
This is a manager-level analytics role focused on clients with heavy digital media investment. You will lead insight generation, performance reporting, and testing strategy across channels like Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and more. You will also ensure proper pixel implementation and data integrity to enable robust measurement and campaign optimization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-channel digital performance analysis and insight delivery for client accounts
- Work closely with media and web teams to validate tracking implementations and ensure full-funnel measurement
- Design and interpret tests to evaluate audience, creative, and conversion impact across platforms
- Own dashboards and reporting for digital KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and assisted conversions
- Translate raw data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations for clients
- Support attribution model evaluation and implementation using platform and third-party tools
- Partner with data engineers to structure clean and reliable data pipelines for dashboarding
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 4–6+ years in digital marketing analytics, ideally with multi-channel campaign exposure
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and/or other DSP platforms
- Fluent in web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics) and tag/pixel tracking methods (Google Tag Manager, Floodlight, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Comfortable using SQL to explore and validate digital campaign data
- Experience building or QAing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface directly with clients
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with incrementality testing, MTA, or MMM concepts
- Exposure to eCommerce funnels, landing page A/B testing, and CRO metrics
- Understanding of privacy-safe tracking strategies (e.g., modeled conversions, first-party cookie design)
- Familiarity with traditional or probabilistic media channels such as Linear TV, along with an understanding of associated measurement and attribution technologies (e.g., iSpot, Samba TV, InnovidXP).
- Agency or consulting experience with fast-paced client environments
